What is your standard shipping time?

We make dresses on demand, which means it takes 5 business days to get the dress ready before shipping. After that, it will take an additional 10-15 days for the shipment to arrive. However, if you need the dress to arrive sooner, we do offer an expedited shipping option that can get the dress to you within 5 business days. Please note that there will be extra charges for this service.

Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary depending on various factors such as location, customs clearance, and weather conditions. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships so that you can keep an eye on its progress.

Can you customize the dress?

Yes, we offer customization options for many of our dresses. Our skilled designers and tailors can work with you to create a dress that fits your unique needs and preferences.

Simply visit our customization page and submit the details. Our designer will get in touch with you.

Please note that customizations may add additional time to the production and shipping of your order. We will provide you with an estimated timeline for your custom dress based on the changes you request.

Will you help me with the sizes?

Absolutely! We understand that finding the right size can be challenging, and we want to make sure you get the perfect fit for your dress. We have a sizing chart available on our website to help you find your size, and our customer service team is always available to answer any questions you may have.

If you’re not sure what size to order, we recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our sizing chart. If you’re still unsure, feel free to contact us and provide your measurements, and we’ll be happy to assist you in selecting the appropriate size.

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your dress, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns about sizing.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your dress purchase, so we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. If you receive a dress that doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another dress of equal or lesser value within 14 days of receipt.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to request a return authorization. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange process.

Please note that returned dresses must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags still attached. We cannot accept returns on dresses that have been altered, damaged, or are otherwise not in their original condition. Additionally, the shipment charges for the return must be paid by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective dress, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement or refund. We stand behind the quality of our dresses and will work with you to find a solution to any issues you may encounter.
